AUTOMATICITY & HABITUAL LEADERSHIP PATTERNS

Explore how automatic reactions and habits shape leadership behavior. Learn to interrupt unhelpful patterns and respond with greater intention and clarity.

MODULE 3

JUDGMENTS & COGNITIVE BIAS

Examine how bias and judgment influence decisions, communication, and conflict. Build awareness to reduce reactivity and lead with greater fairness and discernment.
