Since its formation in 2012, TFG’s priority clientele roster includes nonprofit organizations, foundations, municipalities, federal government agencies, and state service commissions. We focus on helping individuals and organizations develop a fundamental understanding of their identity and purpose. About Tray

Tray T.S. Deadwyler, CVM, CBC, CLC, is the Founder and Director of Think For Good, Incorporated. Leading this civic engagement and imagination consultancy, he is committed to systemic problem-solving and co-creating a theory of change to achieve success in a myriad of issue areas. Tray works collectively with his clients to push beyond the usual sense of charity and altruism to develop foundational solutions, embodying the company motto, Solve it Together. Affectionately known as the "Service Nerd" by his colleagues, Tray focuses on developing cross-sector solutions and training professionals to effectuate empathy in communities. Tray possesses certificates and credentials in economic/ community development, facilitation, volunteer administration, neuro-linguistic programming, leadership development, and cognitive-behavioral coaching.

Tray’s twenty-year civic and professional transcript spans organizations such as the American Red Cross, Atlanta Police Department, Communities in Schools, Morehouse College Spelman College, Points of Light Foundation, and the AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps, Angels in Distress, and Love Beyond Walls. His national service programs have tackled challenges in education, poverty, community health, disaster preparedness, and response.

As a result of his work and commitment to communities, Tray has been honored with the Corporation for National and Community Service Innovation Award, the Presidential Volunteer Service Award (2011), selected as one of Aspen Institute’s Emerging Nonprofit Leadership Fellows (2014), graduated from three American Express Leadership Academies (2012, 2014, 2016), Georgia Forward’s Young Game Changers (2017) and most recently, a Well-Being Warrior from the WEB Network and Leadership Learning Community.
